I just have been in a course with Jurgen Appelo, the author of the best seller Management 3.0 and I can tell that this has really been a refreshing experience. Jurgen is definitely a great trainer that has the ability to keep the class focused and at the same time having a good time. Thanks to Jurgen I now can say that I understand Dutch humor.
Jurgen approach to management, Agile management would be best to say, is definitely what we need in modern (or want-to-be-modern) organizations. His experiences are something that can, and perhaps should, be applied to other organizations that are still struggling with Agile.
